- Problem Solving, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Logical Reasoning, Mental Ability & Analytical Reasoning. General knowledge and current affairs related to India and Rajasthan, Major developments in the field of Information Technology.
- Overview of the computer system including input-output devices, pointing devices, and scanner.
- Introduction to Operating System, Word Processing(MS-Word), Spread Sheet Software(MS-Excel), Presentation Software(MS Power Point), DBMS Software(MS-Access).
- Representation of Data (Digital versus Analog, Number System – Decimal, Binary & Hexadecimal) Introduction to Data Processing, Concepts of files and its types.

- सुचना सहायक की लिखित परीक्षा को क्वालीफाई करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को फिर कंप्यूटर टाइपिंग टेस्ट के लिए बुलाया जायेगा l
- लिखित परीक्षा में अहर्ता अर्जित अभ्यर्थी इस परीक्षा में भाग लेंगे l इसमें कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा में टाइपिंग स्पीड का टेस्ट होगा l
- इसमें हिंदी टाइपिंग के लिए 15 मिनट और अंग्रेजी टाइपिंग के 15 मिनट का समय दिया जायेगा l
- इस परीक्षा के लिए अभ्यर्थीयो को कोई अंक प्रदान नहीं किया जायेगा l लेकिन इस परीक्षा में अहर्ता प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है l
