Qualifications:
- Education: 10th or 12th pass; higher education is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.
