Key Responsibilities

Ticket Booking and Reservation

  • Assist passengers with flight reservations and ticket bookings.
  • Issue airline tickets according to company policies.
  • Process ticket modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.
  • Provide fare quotations and travel options.
  • Ensure accuracy of passenger information during ticket issuance.

Customer Service

  • Greet passengers professionally and assist with travel-related inquiries.
  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, routes, and airline services.

Reservation System Operations

  • Operate airline reservation and ticketing systems.
  • Update passenger records accurately.

Coordination with Airport Departments

  • Communicate with customer service and ground operations teams.
  • Coordinate with boarding and check-in staff.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess one of the following:

  • 10+2 (Higher Secondary) Pass
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
