Description

Passenger Service Executives (Airport Ground Staff) are responsible for assisting passengers at the airport and ensuring smooth airport operations. They help with check-in procedures, boarding, baggage handling coordination, customer service, and passenger support to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers during check-in and boarding processes.
  • Verify travel documents, tickets, and identification.
  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve passenger issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with airline staff and airport authorities.
  • Assist elderly passengers, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations.
  • Manage baggage-related queries and lost luggage reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
