Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries regarding banking products and services.
- Provide accurate information about account statuses, transactions, and bank policies.
- Assist customers with issues related to accounts, loans, credit cards, and other banking services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about HDFC Bank’s products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
