Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, order statuses, and Flipkart policies.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, returns, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance  customer service quality.
• Stay updated on Flipkart products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
