We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers (2025 batch pass-outs) to join Flipkart in various roles across departments such as:

• Operations & Supply Chain – warehouse management, logistics, vendor coordination
• Customer Support & Engagement – handling customer queries, issue resolution, customer satisfaction
• Business Development & Marketing – assisting in campaigns, market research, seller management
• Technology & Product (for technical graduates) – coding, testing, product support, data analytics

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates from any discipline (2025 batch)
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional language as required)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Computer Operations
• For tech roles: proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, etc.) preferred
• Ability to work in a team, quick learner, and adaptable
