Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
